Injectors for Dodge Cummins 12v 1989-1993.  Choose your HP needs.

Adding injectors is a great way to increase power and are often paired in after a performance box. More fuel =more power. Typically injectors 5x14 or 6x12 and under will give you the greatest fuel mileage (even better than stock, of course this depends on your driving style). Installation takes about 2 hours. Cores are required and $200 core charge is collected. A reminder that the stock transmission may need upgraded to be able to hold the power.   Unless you are designing a sled pulling or drag racing truck a turbo with a quick spooling 65mm turbine wheel will match the lower RPM power that teh VE pump typically puts out.

40HP-52HP  POD injectors match well with the stock turbo or larger.
5x12, 5x14 or 6x12 injectors work well with a 57mm or 62mm s300 turbo
6x16 injectors work well with a 64mm or bigger s300 turbo or if you tow, twins are great.
+240HP injectors are competition injectors and more for racing/sledpulling

All injectors are "cleaned and pop tested." Pop-off pressures are more closely matched than OEM BOSCH standards. Injectors can be custom matched for $80. Custom matched injectors may have a lead time of approx 2 weeks.  Only Bosch cores are accepted.

If you have a 9mm tip on the injectors (IE non intercooled trucks) you will need an adapter sleeve to fit teh 7mm tip in your head that is designed to accept 9mm nozzles.
If you have an injector with the 9mm tip only $50 will be refunded.
