BD’s deep aluminum pans increases the oil capacity by 1qt on the 1989-2007 model and 4.5qt on the 2008 68RFE, while aluminum construction and heat-dissipating fins keep temperature down. As an added bonus, the pan’s increased rigidity prevents case twisting. Kit includes a magnetic drain plug and temperature sending unit port.

Contemporary torque converters have two modes: fluid coupling or “unlocked” mode, and “locked” mode when the internal clutch is engaged and 100% of the engine’s power is transferred through the converter.
The AutoLoc maintains lock-up when the exhaust brake is activated ensuring that 100% of the retarding force is being transferred in 3rd and 4th gears, preventing slippage and subsequent high oil temperatures. The TorqLoc with its three position switch allows for manual command of the lock-up as well as AutoLoc and stock operations.

The Ultimate In Towing Control!
Available for 1994-2005 Dodge-Cummins applications, the BD TowLoc monitors the operation of the vehicle speed, engine speed and engine load to compute the optimum transmission control algorithm. This process controls transmission downshifting as well as torque converter operation for optimum results. You can also customize the unit for the ultimate transmission control with an exhaust brake and/or engine modifications.
The TowLoc comes preset with all of the following features but can be modified by a BD accredited Diamond installation facility or by a tech-savvy enthusiast with a laptop computer. The electronics are packaged in weather resistant enclosure for the engine compartment that taps into 10 -12 sources for control and sensing. Check out these features!
• Programmable exhaust brake disengagement speed to reduce noise and engine load at idle
• Programmable torque converter lock-up clutch engagement speed to prevent low-speed engine “chugging” with the torque converter lock-up engaged
