Increases the airflow into the head, distributes the air charge more uniformly between cylinders.  Faster spool-up for your turbo, lower EGTs (especially in cylinders 1, 5 & 6 which are prone to run hot) and better MPGs. The Tunnel Ram was built to be a direct bolt-in replacement for the stock plate and fits with all stock and most aftermarket performance intake/fueling accessories.

Very good quality, and it does help with the intake manifold restriction.  I did it the same time as 100 hp injectors so I cant really say exactly how much it helps but i did not have problems with egts with stock turbo and 4" exhaust.  The stock elbow bolts with have to be cut down or have about 1/2 in of washers added otherwise they will bottom out (should be a warning with product about this).
