This is the AirDog I FP-100 fuel system for the 2003-2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L. This is a low pressure (10psi) system feeds the factory frame rail pump, only, and does not replace it. If you are looking to replace the factory fuel pump, you will need kit A6SABF493 which is an AirDog II-4G DF-165 set at 55-60psi. This system mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. Fuel is picked up through the factory suction line, in the fuel module, to feed the AirDog. The pressure side connects directly to the factory frame rail fuel pump. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee. This is a 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) fuel system. Check out our installation manual for a list of parts that are included with this kit.
