The Bulletproof Diesel Horizontal EGR cooler fixes common OE EGR cooler issues on the 6.4L Powerstroke. The Bulletproof Diesel Horizontal EGR is built with stainless steel and welded that is stronger and more resistant to heat stress failure. This is designed to work with factory components, this EGR Cooler retains the use of the factory EGR system and will not cause any check-engine lights.

Note: The 6.4L Powerstroke has 2 EGR Coolers (Vertical & Horizontal). At the time of failure they will both present the same symptoms making it very difficult to determine which cooler is defective. For this reason and for maximum reliability, it is recommended to replace both coolers at the same time. Gaskets are NOT included.
