A SET OF REBUILD ABLE CORES WILL BE AVAILABLE TO THE CUSTOMER IN THE EVENT THAT THE INJECTORS ARE NOT LABELED PROPERLY AND CORED OUT.***
Stage 2 testing includes:
The injectors are first tested to verify solenoids are working. The injectors are inspected and ultrasonic cleaned. Spray pattern is visually checked and basic flow/return flow is measured on our IFT-70. If an injector fails during Stage 1, no further testing will need to be performed on that injector and a refund of $15 will be issued for not needing Stage 2 testing.
Stage 2 :
Testing is conducted on our highly calibrated Hartridge CRi-Pc where we simulate full throttle at high flow, mid load, idle, and perform a static back leak test. The machine also tests for solenoid response, return fuel temperature, and fuel delivery in the form of mm3.
After testing we will call you to explain the results and provide suggestions. Testing includes new copper sealing washers.
