"DAP Upgraded Non-VGT Turbo for 2007.5–2018 Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins with 1.00 AR Divided Turbine Housing.
This is an excellent performance replacement turbo for tuned 2007.5–2018 Ram trucks with the 6.7L Cummins. It features a lighter, high-flow 64.5mm billet compressor wheel paired with a 76mm inducer / 68mm exducer turbine wheel. The turbo delivers strong mid-range response and is well-suited for towing and performance driving on tuned trucks. It shines particularly at high altitude, where the efficient 64.5mm compressor wheel helps maintain boost better than larger options.
Power Rating & Recommendations:
Best for tuned trucks with peak HP of 600 HP or under, with up to 37% over stock injectors.
Choose the .88 Undivided A/R .91 A/R Divided turbine housing for quicker spool-up and better towing response.
Choose the 1.00 A/R turbine housing if you want slightly more top-end power and reduced exhaust backpressure (spool will be a bit slower than the .91).
For even faster spool and improved high-altitude performance, a smaller turbine wheel or tighter A/R housing can be used. Note that smaller A/R housings may increase high-RPM / full-load EGTs (exhaust gas temperatures) — always monitor EGTs closely.
Turbine housing features an HX40-style outlet, which is a direct fit for the 2007.5-2018 Ram.

Upgraded turbo with 64.5mm compressor wheel and 76/68mm turbine wheel
2-piece high-flow T4 exhaust manifold — flows approximately 33% more than stock
Manifold is drilled and tapped for EGT probe and boost/pressure fittings
Manifold finished in durable black high-temperature coating and retains EGR/emissions ports
Full set of manifold, turbo, and EGR gaskets
Coolant plugs (2x), oil drain bolts, and new oil drain line
Important Notes:
This is a non-VGT (fixed geometry) turbo. The factory variable geometry actuator is not used.
ECM tuning is required for proper operation (DAP does not supply tuning).
Professional installation and tuning are recommended to optimize performance and prevent excessive EGTs or over-boosting.
