This turbo has a 66mm cast compressor wheel with the 80mm/73.4mm turbine wheel. Non-VGT Replacement. Standard thrust package. Not as robust as the Billet turbo offerings with the 360* thrust, it comes in at a lower price and flows about 20% more than the stock turbo. Turbine housing has an HX40 outlet that will fit the stock downpipe. Rated for trucks in the 500-600HP range with up to 30% over injectors and a bigger CP3 pump. For faster spool and better high-altitude performance, use a smaller turbine wheel or A/R housing. High RPM/ full load EGTs may increase with a smaller AR turbine housing. Comes with 2pc High Flow T4 Exhaust Manifold that flows 33% more than stock. Comes with manifold, turbo and EGR gaskets. Manifold is drilled and tapped with ports for EGT and pressure fitting. Manifold has black high temp coating and comes with EGR/Emissions ports. ECM requires tuning that DAP does not provide. Coolant plugs (2x), oil drain bolts, new oil drain line, are included. Shock tower delete, 2.75" adapter boot and spring clamp are included. DAP needs cores to rebuild and will buy your stock Holset He351VE or HE300VG turbo and actuator for hundreds of dollars.
