The Borg Warner S300G replacement turbo is a great upgrade for 325-400hp applications on a budget. It is a nice upgrade from the factory HX35W offering better power and EGT control for towing. With the tighter 12cm housing, this turbo will be great for a daily driver and heavy towing application on both auto and manual transmissions with mild injector upgrades. The S300 frame size uses larger bearings, more thrust pad surface area and a larger shaft diameter compared to the factory Holset HX35W, offering better durability under hard use. For one step up from this unit, check out our Screaming Eagle GX-E which upgrades to a FMW compressor and 360-degree thrust bearing.
This turbo will support a maximum of 425HP depending on elevation, turbine choice, and engine modifications. It flows approximately 61 lbs/minute.

1998.5-2002 - Stock-110hp
1994-1998 - Stock, 5x.011, 5x.012, 6x.011, 7x.010
1989-1993 - 5x.012, 6x.011, 7x.010
Items Needed for Install:
• HX40 4"" Downpipe
• HX40 Clamp
• 4"" Turbo Back Exhaust
• 1989-1993 will need to purchase a new oil inlet fitting or a new top oil line (recommended)
• (Recommended) Flexible Oil Drain Line for Easier Installation
