Single Diesel Auto Power Performance Nozzle for Dodge 12 valve Cummins. 5 hole (0.022 inch holes) SAC style, 145* spray pattern. Compatible for years 1991-1998 if installed on 7mm body (89-91 non-intercooled injector body with 9mm injector Nozzle may not seal properly). Installation kit included: (Nut is included to protect the injector threads when removing the Injector, copper sealing washers, horseshoe/fuel return washers, dust seals/caps).
Due to the large size of these Nozzle, approximate gains cannot be determined. Horsepower will vary greatly based on modifications.
Nozzle have EDM holes. Custom angle available. Extrude hone and pintle modification available for an extra cost.
Please note that 1st gen Injector with 9mm tips (89-91) have different internals. To get the Nozzle to seal properly it may be necessary to replace the following parts:
Intermediate Disk - 2430134023
Button - 2433124446
These parts can be obtained from core 7mm body from 91.5-1998 Injector.
