The Duramax Tuner Stealth 67 G2 Drop-In Turbocharger provides you with a direct replacement, bolt-on, stock appearing turbocharger for your 2001-2004 GM 6.6L Duramax LB7 that will support up to 800HP. Turbocharger technology is quickly evolving at Duramax Tuner giving you features you won't find anywhere else. The G2 improves power, towing potential and overall performance through the use of a custom designed high flow turbine assembly and 7075 billet compressor wheel. This is all done in a liquid cooled package protected by 360 degree thrust bearings.
The custom 67.7mm compressor is milled out of high strength 7075 Aluminum, designed is specifically to maximize peak power. To fit that wheel Duramaxtuner developed a unique, OEM appearing, anti-surge ring that's sleeved into the factory IHI compressor cover. Redesigning the compressor to maximize power and drivability meant pouring over every detail of from MWE groove width and placement to diffuser clearance and shape.
The turbine side innovation rivals the compressor side, dwarfing the factory turbine in every way. The turbine scroll allows much higher flow, accommodating the monster turbine wheel. The LB7 Stealth 67 G2 features the largest turbine available in an IHI (stock LB7 turbo) frame. Increasing turbine size dramatically reduces drive pressure under heavy load helping you achieve nearly a 1:1 drive to boost ratio under most operating conditions. Controlling drive pressure helps make more power and significantly lowers EGT's. This turbo is the ultimate drop-in replacement for street performance.
