Each Piezo Common Rail injector is subject to a
thorough remanufacturing process, utilizing the same
successful techniques and test methods common to
all injectors remanufactured by Flight Diesel.
• Multiple inspections and testing points for all components.
• All torque equipment is checked and recorded daily before the start of the shift.
• Piezo actuators undergo a “Piezo Performance” test that captures critical data that other test benches cannot.
• Each Injector is individually tested on state-of-the-art test equipment to check for proper engine operation.
• All test results are recorded and verified that they meet the necessary specifications.
• As a quality check, we run master injectors before every shift or for any part number change.
