Introducing the all-new, Fleece Performance Freedom Series HD cylinder heads for the 2003-2007 6.0L Ford Power Stroke. Each cylinder head is manufactured in our state-of-the-art Freedom Racing Engine shop and is guaranteed to meet or exceed factory specifications.
Our HD cylinder heads are built on a brand-new casting that has been engineered from the ground up for increased durability and longevity.
Fully assembled and ready to install - all heads are equipped with hardened, oversized press-in valve seats, new valve guides, springs, valves, and valve seals.
Standard with our one-piece O-rings in the head to ensure maximum cylinder sealing. Perfect for a daily driver or heavy-duty towing application where reliability and uptime are a must.

What sets our cylinder heads apart from the competition:
- Improved casting. This isn't your run of the mill, rinse and repeat OE casting. Engineered from the ground up with years of testing and development - our higher tensile strength alloy castings incorporate increased wall thickness and additional material where it counts, providing for a more durable and longer lasting cylinder head.
- Extreme duty valve seats. Race proven and stronger than OEM - our American made valve seats provide for longevity and stability in the cylinder head. Produced from a tungsten alloy for increased hardness, these seats deliver a substantially higher wear resistance vs. a stock replacement seat.
- Single piece O-ring. Our 6.0L cylinder head is the only cylinder head available with a single piece hoop style O-ring. Our single piece O-ring ensures complete sealing of combustion vs. traditional stainless wire that has a seam.
Application Notes:
- All 20mm dowel heads are configured for 2-bolt rocker box configurations.
- Fleece Performance recommends the use of 6.4L pushrods (Ford Part No. 8C3Z-6565-B) when installing these cylinder heads. 6.4L pushrods are 0.050 inch shorter in length vs. a 6.0L pushrod and will accommodate the tolerance stack ups that can be encountered with a replacement cylinder head.
- Head gasket not included. We recommend the use of Ford Part No.KZ3Z-6051-B.
