Powerstroke Stage 1 160cc performance injectors increase the performance and horsepower of your Power Stroke diesel. In the 94-97 Ford Powerstroke, these injectors will increase horsepower from 25-75hp to the rear wheels with a performance chip. In the 99-03 Powerstoke diesel you will have to run a custom programmed chip to make the transition from split shot injection to the new single shot injection. Horsepower increases from 25-50hp and mileage will increase from the more effecient single shot design.
New tungston coated plungers and barrels and brand new nozzles. Built and flowed to within 1%.
These Stage1 160cc injectors produce less smoke than the Stage1 180cc injectors and are recommended as a mild performance upgrade for towing and fuel economy. For use with a stock turbo and stock transmission.
A custom tuned chip is required to make these injectors work properly in your truck
Stock Nozzles are best suited for otherwise stock applications, great smoke control, heavy towing, etc... up to 350hp
