Microflow Hone Nozzle Up to 80% More Flow

If honing above 60% consider EDM first and going with a lesser hone of 30%. Microflow honing is the BEST option for honing for larger flow. Some places hone with a very aggressive media that leads to high temps and rough cuts that will significantly diminish the K-Factor of the nozzle (think of doing finish body work with 180-grit sand paper instead of 1500-grit). The Microflow honing will increase the flow by reducing the coefficient of friction and minimizing oblong holes and other distortions. Media flows in one direction, the same as the flow through the nozzle during operation. Flow increases of up to 60% are achievable without adversely affecting the exit hole geometry. Expect lower emissions and improved fuel economy when compared to EDM only.. Improvement in fuel atomization for gas and diesel injection systems results in fuel that burns cleaner and more efficiently. Flow rates provided on request. Pricing is per nozzle.
