This turbine housing is a great upgrade for a modified truck with programmer and/or stage 1 injectors. The 1.0 A/R exhaust housing will fit Garrett GTP38 turbos that came on the 99.5-03 7.3L Powerstroke engines. It replaces teh smaller and restrictive 0.84AR stock housing. It is a wastgated housing that will help to lower EGT's and reduce drive pressures. The higher turbine flow will move the power to the mid range and upper RPM. Nothing else is needed for install as you can re-use your actuator and stock turbo outlet.
