Performance Aftermarket GTP38 Turbo with Billet 5+5 compressor wheel upgrade for increased boost and more airflow in mildly fueled applications. Fits 7.3L 1999.5-2003 Ford Powerstroke. Not for Van applications. Eliminates the compressor surge common on the 1999.5-2003 Super Duty when towing. Comes with 0.84 /R turbine housing for quick spool up, especially at higher altitude. Turbo also uses a performance actuator to maintain higher boost levels under load. Balanced and ready to install. Gasket set included. Turbo pedestal sold separately.
For trucks with large tunes or Stage One injectors, we'd suggest upgrading to the 1.0 a/r exhaust housing for increased turbine flow and lower drive pressures. This will improve mid and top end performance with better EGT under control under load.
