The 2003-2007 5.9 Stage 1 Cummins Performance Cylinder Head is designed to deliver increased airflow and durability without the added cost and complexity of an aftermarket intake. Featuring 105-pound valve springs and a 5-axis CNC port job, this head significantly boosts intake flow from 155 CFM to 220 CFM, improving low-end performance, reducing boost pressure, and lowering EGTs.
Built on the foundation of the HP Reman Head, it includes new bronze guides, oversized hardened seats, and a high-performance CNC valve job for enhanced longevity and efficiency. Manufactured by D&J Precision Machine, this cylinder head is a proven upgrade for both stock and performance-driven Cummins builds.
