The D&J Ready Run Engine is a comprehensive, "drop-in" power solution specifically engineered for the demanding duty cycles of 3500/4500/5500 Cab & Chassis trucks. Built upon the Precision Plus Reman Long Block, this package integrates a full suite of premium BD Diesel components and brand-new supporting hardware to eliminate downtime and provide a reliable, work-ready platform.
From the CNC-machined long block to the Bosch-tested high-pressure fuel system, every component is meticulously inspected and assembled in a controlled environment. This all-in-one kit removes the guesswork from engine replacement, providing the strength and durability required for professional applications.
Key Features
Precision Machined Long Block: CNC blueprinted, bored, and honed with a CNC high-precision valve job. Features heavy-duty valve seats and is secured with ARP 2000 head studs for a superior head-to-block seal.
Complete BD Fuel System: Includes a remanufactured CP3 injection pump and injectors, all tested on a Bosch 815 test bench. Comes complete with new high-pressure fuel lines and injector feed tubes.
Upgraded Exhaust & Turbo: Equipped with a two-piece high-silicon ductile iron BD manifold and a VSR high-speed balanced turbocharger with a pre-programmed actuator for seamless "drop-in" functionality.
Enhanced Reliability: Features the BD Killer Grid Heater kit to prevent common heater bolt failures, along with a Fluidampr harmonic balancer to reduce engine vibration and protect internal components.
Comprehensive Install Kit: Includes a new water pump, thermostat, coolant and oil sensors, fuel rail (with sensor and relief valve), turbo oil lines, and a new dipstick/tube.
