Full 3.5" MEGA pre and post intercooler intake system for Cummins 5.9L turbo diesel engines in 2003-2007 Dodge Ram pickup trucks.
The 3.5" MEGA Intake System increases the flow efficiency of your charge system by 56% by replacing all of the 3” factory pre and post intercooler plumbing and intake manifold with 3.5” mandrel bend tubing. It replaces all of your factory boots and clamps with heavy duty 4-ply silicone couplers and stainless T-bolt clamps. The manifold is fitted with a half inch thick CNC laser cut flange and a total of four 1/8” NPT ports to handle any combination of sensors and injectors. This intake system comes with instructions, heavy duty 4-ply silicone couplers, stainless T-bolt clamps, a factory Cummins gasket, and port plugs. For an additional charge, select powdercoating colors are available on this system
