The Driven Diesel Standard Regulated Return Fuel System upgrades the factory fuel delivery setup by eliminating restrictive “dead‑head” fuel rails and replacing them with a true regulated return design. This system increases fuel flow through the cylinder heads, stabilizes fuel pressure, and removes the stock check valves and restrictive feed‑line crimps that limit performance.

By ensuring consistent fuel supply and allowing air to purge through the return line—rather than through the injectors—this kit helps reduce injector noise and can extend injector life. Whether you’re running stock or upgraded injectors, a regulated return system is one of the most effective ways to protect your investment and improve overall fuel system performance.
